I am a 62 year old divorced male with many health related problems, ie; Diabetes(5 needles daily), Home Dialysis(5 times daily), Heart disease(several stents).Psoraisis, etc. I take 18 meds per day and require special diets. The mental and physical burden is becoming unbearable but worse of all is the financial problem created by my disabilities. I am missing out on many things with regards to treatment because I don't have the money. I'm looking for any information anyone can provide to point me in the right direction to access any programs that are available for someone like me. Thanks so much for listening.
